Application by Eligibility:
As eligible civil servants, you apply first by signing up using the "Register" button above
Profiling of Application:
As soon as you complete your registration here, your registration profiling begins through your desk officers
Issuance of Allocation/Offer Letter:
After successful in-house profiling, applicant is offered the allocation/offer letter
Mortgage Processing:
At this stage, your application Desk Officer starts processing your mortage re-payment through your mortgage institutions
Equity Contribution:
Equity as this stage is provided by the applicant/off-takers
Take Possession:
Final stage: Here, off-takers take full possession of their houses
